The Government of South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands has produced a discussion document that comprises the history or reindeer on South Georgia, a summary of the impacts of reindeer on native species and habitats and a discussion of management options. This document is available from:

Comments are sought on the management options for reindeer on South Georgia.
After reading the discussion document, we encourage individuals to fill in a brief questionnaire available from the link below. We stress that filling in this questionnaire is optional, and is not intended to replace more general comments, which are very welcome. Organisations need not fill in the questionnaire, though please feel free to alert your members to its location.
